Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. flank steak
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 Tb. olive oil
- ¼ cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 Tb. white vinegar

In a small bowl, whisk together spices, then stir in the oil. -

Rub half of the spice mixture on one side of the flank steak. Repeat on the other side. -

Whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, soy sauce and vinegar. -

Grease your crockpot and pour in half the juice mixture. -

Place the steak in the crockpot and pour the rest of the juice on top. -

Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. -

Once cooked, remove the steak from the crockpot and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. -

Slice as desired, place the steak back in the crockpot, mix with the juices and serve.
