Ingredients:
- 4 links breakfast sausage
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tb. baking powder
- ½ cup cold salted butter, diced
- 1 – 10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 1 egg

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -

While the oven is heating, cook the sausage according to the package directions and finely chop. -

Stir flour, baking powder and butter together in a large bowl. Using your fingers, crumble the cold butter into the flour mixture until it forms pea-sized pieces. -

Add the sausage, flour mixture, soup, honey and thyme. Mix until a slightly sticky dough forms. -

Sprinkle some flour onto the counter. Roll the dough into a 10x7" rectangle that’s 1-inch thick. Cut into 12 squares. -

Place the dough squares onto the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash. Sprinkle with additional thyme. -

Bake for 12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Serve warm.
