Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 2 slices of bread
- ½ tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tb. olive oil

Mash the avocado in a small bowl then add in the garlic and crushed red pepper. -

Spread the avocado mixture on both slices of bread. On one slice, add mozzarella cheese then place both pieces of bread together. -

Toast in a pan with olive oil, flipping once carefully until golden brown on both sides. -

Place sandwich on cutting board and slice to preference. Enjoy while warm for gooey mozzarella greatness!
