Ingredients:
- 1 lb. salmon filets
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp. oregano
- Pinch of chili flakes
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine the melted butter, crushed garlic, oregano, chili flakes, fresh parsley and lemon juice into a bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper. -

Season the salmon with salt and pepper on both sides. -

Place the salmon skin side up on a piece of parchment paper, then brush with half the garlic butter mixture. -

Place in the air fryer and cook at 390°F for 5 minutes or until the skin is crisp. -

Gently turn over the salmon, remove the parchment paper and brush on the remaining garlic butter mixture. -

Place filets back into the air fryer and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes at 390°F or until the salmon is cooked to your preference. -

Remove and serve with lemon juice.
