Life moves fast. Between schedules, to-do lists and the constant hum of responsibilities, it’s easy to forget that we have open access to the wisdom of the Creator of the Universe. Yet, in this verse, God extends a simple but powerful invitation: “Call to me.”
This doesn’t just apply to when life feels overwhelming or when we need help, but always.
Sister, how often do we take God up on that invitation? We might say a quick prayer before a big decision or whisper a plea in a moment of stress, but what if we went deeper? What if we talked to Him like we do our best friend, not just asking for things but longing to know Him more?
Maybe you argued with your spouse, a friend or a coworker. You know you need to make it right, but pride gets in the way. Instead of justifying yourself, choose to take a moment and pray: God, help me let go of my pride. Give me the right words and the right heart to mend this relationship.
God promises to answer—not just with what we think we need, but with wisdom beyond our understanding. He sees what you’re going through in a whole different way than us. And He can tell you “great and unsearchable things” about it. That’s the kind of guidance we crave in the messy, beautiful, unpredictable moments of life.
So today, let’s take a breath. Even in the middle of the chaos, let’s carve out a quiet moment and call on Him—not just to fix but to reveal, guide and deepen our faith because He is listening, and He is eager to respond.
