Ingredients:
- 1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tb. sugar
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- ¾ cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry flavor gelatin
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, divided
- 2½ cups thawed frozen whipped dessert topping, divided

Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate while preparing pie filling. -

In a medium bowl, combine boiling water and gelatin. Stir 2 minutes or until gelatin completely dissolves. -

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with a whisk attachment until creamy. Gradually add gelatin until well blended. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for 5-8 minutes. -

Set four large strawberries aside. Chop remaining berries. Stir pieces into gelatin mixture. Add 1 ½ cups of whipped topping. Whisk all ingredients until blended. Refrigerate mixture for 20 minutes. -

Once the mixture has thickened, pour into the prepared crust. -

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. -

Garnish with remaining whipped topping and strawberries.
