Ingredients:
- 1 cup cashews, soaked
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 Tb. fresh basil, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- Dried basil
- Salt
- Ground black pepper

Using a food processor or blender, mix all ingredients until smooth. -

Add salt and pepper to taste then garnish with dried basil.
