Prep time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 2 Tb. fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Dried basil
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

    Using a food processor or blender, mix all ingredients until smooth.

    Add salt and pepper to taste then garnish with dried basil.
