Serves: 2 cheese balls
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- ½ cup green bell pepper, minced
- 4 scallions, minced
- 2 Tb. fresh lemon juice (about 1 small lemon)
- 1 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tb. garlic powder
- 1 cup pecans, chopped for rolling
Directions:

Mash together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, scallions, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder in a large bowl. Once well mixed and mashed, taste and add ingredients to your preference.

Spread pecans onto a cutting board or clean surface. Split the cheese ball mixture into two chunks and mold each into a ball, then roll them in the pecans to coat thoroughly.

Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for later!
