Ingredients:
- 1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 Tb. olive oil
- ¾ tsp. basil
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 Tb. Parmesan, grated
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425°.

Wash and dry green beans before spreading them out on a rimmed baking sheet.

Toss with olive oil so that all beans are coated.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil. Toss again to coat.

Roast for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and toss, then roast for another 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
