Waiting is not our strong suit. We want things resolved now. We want to see justice now. And when we see others getting ahead—especially when they don’t play fair—it stings even more.
David knew that frustration, which is why Psalm 37 calls us to something different: to be still before God and to wait patiently for Him. Not passively, not with arms crossed and eyes rolling, but with trust that God is working, even when we can’t see it.
