Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 2 hours 10 minutes
Serves: 15 pieces
Ingredients:
- 2, 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1, 1 oz. package ranch dressing mix
- 2 green onions, minced
- 4, 12″ flour tortillas
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Roma tomatoes, sliced
- Several lettuce leaves
- 1 bunch of fresh dill
- 1 lb. lunch meat of choice
Directions:
-
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and green onions to combine into one mixture.
1
-
On each tortilla, spread the cream cheese mixture and lay out cheese, tomato, lettuce, dill and lunch meat.
2
-
Roll tortillas and wrap each one tightly in aluminum foil, the tighter they are the better they will hold form in the end.
3
-
Let chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. We like to let them chill overnight.
4
-
When ready to serve, unwrap the tortillas and trim the ends off. Then cut each one into 1-inch pieces. Place on a serving platter and enjoy!
