The beauty of having a relationship with God is that He desires nothing but the best for you. He wants you to grow and be challenged. To find your voice and help the oppressed. To lend a hand and your heart to those in need. To fearlessly live up to your fullest potential. To rest in the fact that you are chosen.
When disappointment rages from worldly pain, remember God has marked you as His own. When temptation feels too big to turn away from, God has given you an escape hatch. As Peter tells us, we are God’s special possession. You are front and center in the eyes of our Lord—always.
