Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup butter, chunked
- 2 cups roasted peanuts
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. sea salt

Butter two parchment-lined baking sheets. -

Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved and mixture comes to a boil, about 8 to 12 minutes. -

Add butter and continue cooking, stirring occasionally for 15 to 25 minutes or until a candy thermometer reaches 280o. -

Stir in peanuts and continue stirring for 10 to 12 minutes or until the candy thermometer reaches 305o. -

Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and sea salt. -

Pour mixture into prepared baking sheets, spreading evenly into ¼ inch thickness. -

Cool completely and break into pieces.
