We often think of grace in the big moments—salvation, forgiveness, recovery. But God’s grace is also found in the small, unremarkable parts of our day, the ones we often overlook.
It’s in the rush of the morning routine—when you’re trying to find a clean pair of socks for your child, brewing coffee while answering a text, already feeling behind. Grace is in that breath you take before walking into work, knowing it’s going to be a hard day. It’s in the gentle words you manage to say instead of snapping. It’s in that quick prayer whispered in the car: “Lord, just help me through this.”
Grace meets you in the grocery line when your card won’t swipe and your toddler is crying. It’s there when you forget an appointment, burn dinner or feel like you’re not enough. It’s also there when the phone rings with good news, when the diagnosis isn’t as bad as you feared or when a friend shows up right on time.
God’s grace doesn’t wait for you to have it all together. It doesn’t depend on your performance. It flows straight from His heart to yours—constant, personal and enough.
You don’t have to chase grace. It’s already chasing you.
Today, ask yourself: Where is grace showing up? Maybe in the strength to forgive. Maybe in the courage to try again. Maybe in a quiet moment when you remember—you are loved, right now, just as you are.
