  • 1 lb. pasta
  • 3 Tb. salted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • ⅔ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Kosher salt, to taste

    Boil a large pot of water over high heat. Season the water with salt, add the pasta in and cook according to the box instructions.

    Heat a large skillet over medium low heat. Add in the butter and garlic. Cook for 30 to 60 seconds or until the garlic is fragrant.

    Pour in the heavy cream, milk and pesto. Cook for 1 minute or until warm. Turn the heat down to low and add in the parmesan cheese. Stir until melted.

    While reserving some of the water, drain the cooked pasta and add it into the sauce. Toss and stir to combine. If needed, add pasta water to thin out the sauce.

    Serve warm and garnish with parmesan cheese.
