Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tb. yellow mustard
- 1 Tb. vegetable oil
- 5 slices cheddar cheese, quartered
- 6 lettuce leaves, divided
- 1 cup dill pickle chips
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated then form into small, meatball-sized patties. -

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Cook patties for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway. -

Top each patty with a cheese square and cover the skillet with a lid until the cheese is melted. -

On toothpicks or small skewers, add mini patties, lettuce, pickles and tomatoes then serve.
