Ingredients:
- 4, 4 oz. filets tilapia
- 2 tsp. butter
- ½ tsp. garlic salt, or to taste
- ¼ tsp. seafood seasoning, or to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1, 16 oz. package of frozen vegetable(s) of your choice
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease or spray with non-stick spray on a 9x13-inch baking dish. -

Lay tilapia filets in the bottom of the baking dish then season with butter, garlic salt and seafood seasoning. Garnish with lemon slices on top. -

Arrange mixed vegetables in the baking dish around the filets. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil. -

Bake in the oven until vegetables are tender and fish will flake to a fork, about 20 to 30 minutes. -
