Ingredients:

  • 4, 4 oz. filets tilapia
  • 2 tsp. butter 
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt, or to taste
  • ¼ tsp. seafood seasoning, or to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1, 16 oz. package of frozen vegetable(s) of your choice
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

    Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease or spray with non-stick spray on a 9x13-inch baking dish.

    Lay tilapia filets in the bottom of the baking dish then season with butter, garlic salt and seafood seasoning. Garnish with lemon slices on top.

    Arrange mixed vegetables in the baking dish around the filets. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil.

    Bake in the oven until vegetables are tender and fish will flake to a fork, about 20 to 30 minutes.
