This simple and quick main dish makes a healthy weeknight meal with an elevated flavor. If you don’t have an air fryer at home, a hot cast iron pan will do the trick just the same!

Ingredients For Steak:

  • 6 oz top sirloin filet, cut into bite size pieces
  • ½ Tb. olive oil
  • ½ Tb. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder

Ingredients For Garlic Butter:

  • 1 ½ Tb. butter
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp. parsley flakes

Directions:

    Toss the steak pieces in olive oil. Mix the brown sugar and spices together and coat the steak in the seasoning. Set aside.

    Preheat the air fryer for five minutes at 400ºF. Once heated, add the steak to the basket and air fry for four to six minutes at 400ºF to your desired doneness.

    While the steak cooks, melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder, red pepper, and parsley.

    Toss the finished steak in the garlic butter mixture before serving.
