Scripture
9After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. 10And they cried out in a loud voice: ‘Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.’” Revelation 7:9-10 (NIV)

What a vision, right?

Not just a few random nations, but too many to count. Not just the people from Main Street, USA, but from everywhere and speaking many languages. Add in the white robes and palm branches waving like pom-poms, and you have the ultimate image of masses praising God. Yet this can’t happen if God remains the best-kept secret. That’s where the Great Commission comes in.

We’ve been told to make followers, who make followers, who make followers of Jesus by the Big Man Himself. Spreading the message of a love like no other and life everlasting provides others with a security they can always cling to because God’s love never fails. His forgiveness and mercy are endless; therefore, we can confidently believe that our final destination has enough space for everyone.

We know how the story ends. The day is coming when countless numbers will gather around God’s throne and praise Him for all He has given us. May the gospel’s Good News continue to enter the world. Pray for this coming day, your brothers and sisters in Christ and those who haven’t yet accepted the Holy Spirit. Lift up those on the frontlines who are bringing salvation to the masses as missionaries across the globe. God’s greatest desire is to see everyone be saved by the grace of the Lamb of God, who came to take away the woes and struggles of this world.
