Ingredients:
- 1 lb. salmon filets
 - ½ cup butter, melted
 - 3 garlic cloves, crushed
 - 1 tsp. oregano
 - Pinch of chili flakes
 - 2 tsp. lemon juice
 - 2 tsp. parsley
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Directions:
- 
				Combine the melted butter, crushed garlic, oregano, chili flakes, fresh parsley and lemon juice into a bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper.

				Season the salmon with salt and pepper on both sides.

				Place the salmon skin side up on a piece of parchment paper, then brush with half the garlic butter mixture.

				Place in the air fryer and cook at 390°F for 5 minutes or until the skin is crisp.

				Gently turn over the salmon, remove the parchment paper and brush on the remaining garlic butter mixture.

				Place filets back into the air fryer and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes at 390°F or until the salmon is cooked to your preference.

				Remove and serve with lemon juice.
