Ingredients:
- 16 oz. ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 21 oz. apple pie filling
- 1 Tb. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.

In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar.

Roll out and separate triangles of dough. On the larger end of the triangle, place a small spoonful of ricotta and a small spoonful of pie filling.

Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture on top of the pie filling.

Fold and seal the pockets. Place on a baking sheet and top with more cinnamon and sugar.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until deep golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
