Ingredients:

  • 2 cups long grain rice, rinsed and drained
  • 14 oz. coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tb. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt

Directions:

    In a large pot over medium heat, combine rice, coconut milk, water, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil then reduce heat, letting simmer covered for 18 to 20 minutes.

    Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
