Ingredients:
- 1.25 lbs. Lean ground turkey
- 1 ½ cups packed fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 1 ½ Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted
- Mayonnaise, for serving
- Cucumber slices, for serving
- Thin red onion slices, for serving

In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, chopped spinach, feta cheese, garlic, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and olive oil until combined. -

Divide into 4 equal portions (approximately 4 inches in diameter, 1 inch thick). -

Transfer to a parchment-lined plate and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or in the freezer for 20 minutes. -

Grill burgers for about 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until no longer pink and the juices run clear. Make sure an internal temperature of 165°F is reached on an instant-read thermometer. -

Serve on buns with mayonnaise, cucumber, red onions or make it your own with whatever toppings you’d like!
