Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 18 minutes
Yield: 18 cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- Pinch of table salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Directions:
-
1
Preheat oven to 350°F. -
2
Beat peanut butter, sugar, baking soda and salt at a medium speed until well-blended. -
3
Fold in the egg and vanilla, and continue blending until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips. -

Once all ingredients are well combined, scoop the dough by the tablespoon onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Gently press the top of each cookie dough ball to flatten it slightly. -
5
Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. The tops will be crinkled, but you want to pull them out before they begin to brown on the edges. -
6
Remove from oven and let cool on the pan. Once cooled enough, they're ready to enjoy!
