Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, chopped
 - 3 celery stalks, chopped
 - 1 potato, cubed
 - 6 ears of corn, kernels removed
 - 4 cups chicken broth
 - 12 oz. evaporated milk
 - 3 sprigs fresh thyme
 - 1-2 bay leaves
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions:

				Place the onion, celery, potato, corn kernels, chicken broth and evaporated milk in a slow cooker. Season with thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper.

				Cook on low for 6 hours.

				Top with bacon, parsley, oyster crackers, etc. Serve and enjoy!
