Ingredients:

  • ¼ white cabbage, hard core removed, thinly sliced
  • 4 apples (any color), cored and chopped
  • ½ small red onion, halved, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. lemon rind, finely grated
  • 2 Tb. fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup creme fraiche
  • 1 Tb. natural yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

    Combine cabbage, apple, onion, celery salt, lemon rind and juice in a bowl.

    Whisk together the creme fraiche and yogurt in a small bowl.
