Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Panko bread crumbs
- ⅓ cup Louisiana-style hot sauce, divided
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 large egg white
- 1 lb. lean ground chicken
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional)

Preheat the oven to 400°F. -

Melt butter then mix with half of the hot sauce. -

In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, half of the hot sauce/butter mixture and the egg white. -

Add chicken into the mixture and gently combine. -

Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a greased baking pan. -

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. -

Toss meatballs with remaining half of hot sauce mixture and enjoy with ranch, blue cheese dip or by themselves.
