Ingredients:
- 3 ½ cups water
- 1 ¼ cups white vinegar
- 1 Tb. white sugar
- 1 Tb. sea salt
- 4 cups cucumber spears
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 heads fresh dill
Directions:

Heat up a saucepan of water over high heat. -

Stir vinegar, sugar and sea salt together in the saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and cool completely. -

Combine cucumber spears, garlic cloves and fresh dill in a large glass or plastic container with a lid. -

Pour the cooled vinegar mixture over the cucumbers, garlic and dill. -

Seal the container with a lid. -

Refrigerate for at least three days.
