Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 8 oz. mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- ½ cup black beans
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ⅓ cup barbeque sauce
- 2 Tb. brown sugar
- 2 Tb. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. crushed red pepper
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Place the ground turkey in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook. -

Once the turkey is half-way done, add in the mushrooms. -

When the turkey is almost done, add in the chopped peppers and black beans -

Cook until the turkey is brown and the vegetables are soft. -

While everything is cooking, mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. -

Pour the sauce mixture over the turkey and veggies. -

Simmer for 20 minutes over medium-low heat. -

Remove from heat and serve.
