Waffle Iron Omelettes

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- ⅛ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sausage link
- 1 Tb. bell pepper, diced
- 1 Tb. onion, diced
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper

Coat the top and bottom of your waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray and preheat. -

In a small bowl, crack eggs and add additional filling ingredients, whisking vigorously. -

Add mixture to the waffle iron and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Waffle Iron Hash Browns

Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 3 cups shredded hash browns
- 2 Tb. butter, melted
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
Directions:

Heat waffle iron to medium-high heat. -

In a medium bowl, drizzle butter over hash browns and toss to coat. -

Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder over hash browns and mix. -

Spray waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray. Place half of the potato mixture in iron, closing the lid. -

Cook until there is very little steam coming out of the iron or until it reaches your desired crispiness. -

Remove potatoes from the waffle iron and season with salt and pepper to taste.

French Toast Waffles

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 Tb. unsalted butter
- 8 thick slices of white bread
Directions:

Preheat the waffle iron and spray with nonstick cooking spray. -

Whisk together milk, eggs, cinnamon and sugar. -

Dunk each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating evenly. -

Place bread in the waffle iron one piece at a time, cooking until golden brown.
