Ingredients:

  • 2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • ¼ red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tb. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. chili powder
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

    In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients to combine. If you prefer smaller chunks, you can throw the mixture into a blender or food processor. Serve with chips and enjoy!
