Ingredients:
- 2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
- ½ red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- ¼ red onion, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 Tb. lime juice
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. chili powder
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions:
- 
				In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients to combine. If you prefer smaller chunks, you can throw the mixture into a blender or food processor.
