Ingredients:

  • 1, 10 oz. package chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1, 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • Preferred crackers, bread or chips for serving

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Use a large bowl to mix together spinach artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, garlic, onion powder and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Layer the mixture evenly in a 9x9-inch baking dish (or similar), and top with the remaining mozzarella if you’re looking for more cheese!

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the dip begins to bubble and the top becomes a nice light gold. You can broil it for the last few minutes to create a more crusty top. Serve the dip warm with your favorite dipping tool: crackers, pretzels, pita bread or even veggies!
