- 1 large onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 Tb. olive oil
- 2 tsp. “Slap Ya Mama” seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- ½ cup butter, cut into pieces*
- Salt and pepper, to taste
*Butter can be left out or substituted to create a dairy-free dish!
