Ingredients:
- 12 oz. pasta of choice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tb. olive oil
- 2 lb. large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 Tb. capers
- 3 Tb. lemon juice
Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute.

Add shrimp, capers and lemon juice, then sauté for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turns pink.

Plate pasta and top with shrimp and capers.
