Ingredients:

  • 3 ½ cups water
  • 1 ¼ cups white vinegar
  • 1 Tb. white sugar
  • 1 Tb. sea salt
  • 4 cups cucumber spears
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 heads fresh dill

Directions:

    Heat up a saucepan of water over high heat.

    Stir vinegar, sugar and sea salt together in the saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and cool completely.

    Combine cucumber spears, garlic cloves and fresh dill in a large glass or plastic container with a lid.

    Pour the cooled vinegar mixture over the cucumbers, garlic and dill.

    Seal the container with a lid.

    Refrigerate for at least three days.
