Ingredients:
- 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. lemon juice
- Strawberries, sliced
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Almonds, chopped

Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, honey, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Whisk until thoroughly combined.

Transfer yogurt mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread around to an even thickness.

Top with berries and garnish with nuts.
