Ingredients:
- 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. lemon juice
- Strawberries, sliced
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Almonds, chopped

Line a baking sheet with wax paper. -

In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, honey, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Whisk until thoroughly combined. -

Transfer yogurt mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread around to an even thickness. -

Top with berries and garnish with nuts. -

Freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
