Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 Tb. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper

In a medium bowl, use a fork to smash up ripe avocados.
