Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- ¼ lb. ham, thinly sliced
- 20 oz. pineapple rings, drained
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 3 green onions, chopped

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Place the chicken in a large baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Top with pressed garlic.

Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the chicken breast, then top evenly with sliced ham and pineapple.
