Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 14 oz. feta cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tb. dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup cucumber, cubed
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Kosher salt
- Pinch of red pepper flakes

In a large bowl, mix together feta, yogurt, cream cheese, oil, lemon juice and lemon zest with a hand mixer until fluffy and well combined. -

Season with salt, red pepper flakes and dill. -

Top with cucumber and tomatoes then serve.
