Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cherries or cranberries
- 1 cup dates, figs or prunes, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, mango or papaya, chopped
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
