- 4 cups Brussels sprouts
- 1 cup couscous, dry
- 5 slices of bacon
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 Tb. olive oil
- 1 Tb. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
