This keto-friendly twist on a game day favorite is sure to have the crowds cheering at your next tailgate.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • 2 Tb. mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 4 stalks celery, cut into 3″ pieces
  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Chives, for garnish
  • Kosher salt
  • Ground black pepper

Directions:

    In a medium bowl, whisk together hot sauce, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour over shredded chicken and mix to combine.

    Spoon chicken mixture into celery boats.

    Top with blue cheese and garnish with chives.
