Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 2 Tb. mayonnaise
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 4 stalks celery, cut into 3″ pieces
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Chives, for garnish
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper

In a medium bowl, whisk together hot sauce, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour over shredded chicken and mix to combine. -

Spoon chicken mixture into celery boats. -

Top with blue cheese and garnish with chives.
