Chips are one of those snacks we can’t get enough of, and yet are so bad for us to eat. Here’s a healthier alternative to help satisfy that craving for crunch!

Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 Tb. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. flaked sea salt

Directions:

    Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Use a knife or kitchen shears to remove kale leaves from the stems and tear them into bite-sized pieces.

    Wash and dry kale with a salad spinner. Toss kale leaves with olive oil to combine, then spread evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Lightly salt.

    Bake kale for 20 to 30 minutes, until edges begin to brown, but don’t burn.

    Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later!
