Ingredients:
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 Tb. olive oil
- 1 tsp. flaked sea salt

Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. -

Use a knife or kitchen shears to remove kale leaves from the stems and tear them into bite-sized pieces. -

Wash and dry kale with a salad spinner. Toss kale leaves with olive oil to combine, then spread evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Lightly salt. -

Bake kale for 20 to 30 minutes, until edges begin to brown, but don’t burn. -

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later!
