Ingredients:
- ¼ white cabbage, hard core removed, thinly sliced
- 4 apples (any color), cored and chopped
- ½ small red onion, halved, finely chopped
- ½ tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. lemon rind, finely grated
- 2 Tb. fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup creme fraiche
- 1 Tb. natural yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Combine cabbage, apple, onion, celery salt, lemon rind and juice in a bowl.

Whisk together the creme fraiche and yogurt in a small bowl.

Add the creme fraiche and yogurt mixture into the cabbage mixture. Gently toss together until well combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
