Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tb. dried basil
  • 1 Tb. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

    Place chicken in a gallon freezer bag. Add all ingredients to the bag and seal, removing excess air. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. The longer you marinate the more flavor your chicken will have, marinate it for up to 12 hours for maximized flavor!

    When you’re ready to start grilling, bring the grill up to medium heat. Place each piece of chicken on the grill and let cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Cooking time may be shorter if your chicken breasts are smaller, so keep an eye on them!

    Pair with some grilled potatoes, asparagus or other veggies to help round out the meal and serve hot!
