Sometimes it’s nice to go back to basics. This simple chicken wing recipe brings home that warm feeling of diving into the soft, crispy, chicken dinner that mom used to make.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tb. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 10 chicken wings, raw

Directions:

    Preheat the oven to 375°F.

    Combine olive oil, garlic, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large, resealable bag; seal and shake. Add chicken wings; reseal and shake to coat.

    Arrange chicken wings on a baking sheet. Cook chicken wings in the oven until crisp and cooked through. About 1 hour.
