Scripture
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13 (NIV)

Did you know we pray for you?

At Franciscan Health and Inspiring Women, our dedication to providing the best care includes praying for our staff, patients and communities. We walk alongside people during some of their most difficult moments. Those desperate times can leave people feeling as if all is lost and they are alone. But sister, you are never alone. Not for even one moment. There is always One who walks alongside us and provides what we need most: hope.

What’s unique about this verse in Romans is that it begins and ends with hope. The Greek meaning of hope is an “expectation of what is sure.” It’s also declared in this passage that joy and peace fill us as we put our trust in the God who moves mountains and calls us by name.

He hears you when you hope to make the light before it turns red. He sends angels when you hope for strength during graveside goodbyes. He never forsakes us when we hope for the unrealized expectations in our lives. The hopes and dreams you envision for your new baby: He witnesses those moments too. These truths are why, as servant healers, the Franciscan Health family continually seeks His guidance and prays on your behalf. He listens. And we’d love to know: How can we pray for you today?
