We all have those days where we just don’t have enough energy. The feeling of fatigue can come from a variety of different things and often is because of some small things we’ve missed. Maybe we didn’t get enough sleep or haven’t eaten a decent meal in too long. Even changing our daily routine can cause some sense of fatigue as our bodies try to adjust to various lifestyle changes.

Picture this… you open an app or try to search something on the internet and forget what you were searching for. Does this happen to you often? If so, your brain is blanking and needs a second to buffer.

A sprinkle of this and a pinch of that! Herbs can jazz up any dish or drink you make. Not only do these herbs have strong curative properties, but they also can be used for cooking; a double whammy!

When it comes time for your kiddo to head off to daycare, preschool or other early childhood education facilities, affordable opportunities are hard to come by. In many regions of the country, people are spending more money on childcare than they are on housing or food for the entire family. Early childhood care and education sets each child up for development and learning. Moreover, affordable childcare promotes parental employment. If a child has nowhere to go, it can be difficult for a parent to take a day off when they have a job to get to.
