Shrimp Piccata Pasta
Seafood lovers, this no-fuss recipe is one you’ll turn to time and time again. Serve atop your favorite pasta and enjoy this dish that satisfies in less than 40 minutes.

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. pasta of choice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tb. olive oil
  • 2 lb. large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 Tb. capers
  • 3 Tb. lemon juice

Directions:

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  • 3

    Add shrimp, capers and lemon juice, then sauté for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turns pink.
  • 4

    Plate pasta and top with shrimp and capers.
