Keeping a constant flow of fluids through your body will not only keep your throat moist, but it will also prevent dehydration. Staying hydrated allows you to avoid additional throat dryness and ultimately more discomfort. Stick to water, teas and unsweetened beverages while avoiding caffeine and alcohol for the best results.
